About this event
Don't hestitate, get tickets for the time slot of your choice as fast as you can! Tickets for the Warehouse Sale will go on sale on Friday, June 6th at 12pm noon EST. Tickets will cost a $5 to $50 charitable contribution and grant you an entry time slot of your choice, as they are available, throughout the sale. All event tickets are non-refundable.
IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ:
The time listed on your ticket is your entry time into the sale. You MUST arrive 15-30 minutes prior to your ticket time to allow for check-in and entering the line que to enter the sale. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after the time listed on your ticket, you will be required to enter with the next ticket group.
What types of tickets will be available?
1. Golden Ticket - Priced at $50 - very limited! typically sells out in less than 10 minutes!
This ticket grants you exclusive access to the sale ALL sale days - Friday, Saturday, & Sunday, as well as Thursday evening during our private Friends & Family event. You will receive a special Spartina Gift Bag and a customized lanyard that grants you an all-access pass to the sale each of the four days. And as an added bonus - you will receive a 30-minute shopping head start in the mornings before we open to the public each day!
2. Early Bird Ticket - Priced at $10 - high demand! most likely to sell out on Friday, June 6th!
This is a brand-new ticket for the 2025 Warehouse Sale requested by popular demand! This ticket is available on Friday, July 11th and Saturday, July 12th for the customers that want to attend the sale early before 1pm and shop till they drop! This ticket provides the ultimate Warehouse Sale experience with a fun & fast paced environment, the buzz of a big crowd, and the joy of searching for all of the best Spartina treasures!
3. Happy Hour Ticket - Priced at $5 - can be purchaed up to 10 tickets at a time!
This ticket is also brand new for the 2025 Warehouse Sale providing our wonderful customers with the best value ticket in town! This ticket is available on Friday, July11th and Saturday, July 12th for the customers that want to attend the sale any time after 1pm. This ticket provides the opportunity to attend the sale in larger groups with friends and family at a lower cost and allows you to hit the beach in the morning and swim right over to the sale in the afternoon!

Golden tickets are limited to 2 per person. Early Bird tickets are limited to 5 per person. Happy Hour tickets are limited to 10 per person.
No. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. The designated time slot you select cannot be changed after purchase. All ticket proceeds will be donated to charity.

Please have your Eventbrite ticket ready on your mobile device or a printed copy if you prefer. This can be found in your Eventbrite account or in your confirmation email.
We kindly ask that you bring very limited personal belongings into the sale. It is an extremely busy environment and there is very limited space. Our recommendation is that you bring a small bag such as a crossbody (hands free for better shopping!) with only the essentials.
No food or drinks of any kind are allowed inside the building. Pets are not permitted inside the building, with the exception of service animals that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
No. Personal shopping bags are not permitted: bags will be provided to shop with and at check out. In addition, reusable Spartina shopping bags will be available for purchase.
There will be one restroom available to you when you enter the school before you get your ticket scanned and check in to the sale. There are no restrooms available once you enter the gym to shop the sale.
Tickets must be purchased for children of 10 years or older. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Due to capacity limitations and space constraints, we strongly do not recommend bringing a stroller to the sale. This is to ensure their safety as well as the safety of others.
Yes, merchandise will be replenished throughout the day on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday while supplies last.
For 2025, maximums will be imposed on a variety of pieces. A maximum of 10 pieces of each product category will be imposed per customer. This number may be subject to change at event organizer's discretion.
No. All items purchased at the Warehouse Sale are final sale, no exceptions.
Yes, all Spartina gift cards whether purchased in store or online can be used for purchases at the Warehouse Sale.
